Yes. The brat generator's Background section has a color swatch for the canvas background. The Style section has a separate color swatch for the text. Both open a full color picker when clicked.
What is the blur effect for?
In the brat generator, blur applies a Gaussian blur to the text — it's the defining visual of the original brat album cover. You can dial it in with the Blur slider in the Typography section. Setting it to 0 removes the effect entirely.
How do I align the text?
Use the Text Align buttons in the Style section: Left, Center, Right, or Justify.
Can I use a custom color that's not in the presets?
Yes. Clicking the color swatch opens a full color picker where you can enter any hex value or pick a color visually. There are no preset-only restrictions.
What canvas sizes does the brat generator support?
The brat generator offers seven aspect ratios: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, 2:1, 3:4, and A4. Each can be exported at three quality levels — Standard (1200 px on the long edge), HD (2400 px), or Print (3600 px).
What resolution is the downloaded image?
For static images (PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG), Standard exports are 1200 px on the long edge, HD is 2400 px, and Print is 3600 px. The exact pixel dimensions depend on the aspect ratio — for example, HD at 16:9 produces 2400×1350 px. GIF exports use lower resolutions to keep browser-based encoding practical: Standard caps at 600 px, HD at 800 px, and Print at 1200 px on the long edge.
What format is the downloaded image?
The brat generator exports PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG — choose before downloading. Animated effects are only available as GIF. SVG falls back to PNG automatically when the selected effect uses raster-only rendering (Glitch, Neon Glow, and similar).
